These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fastaar ("Service", "we", "us"), a platform that lets merchants accept mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad) payments and forward payment confirmation SMS via the Fastaar Android app. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating a merchant account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Merchant responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the mobile financial service numbers you connect, the goods or services you sell, and your compliance with any applicable laws, including tax and consumer protection obligations. Fastaar does not hold or move funds on your behalf — payments are sent directly to your own MFS account by your customers.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid plans requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you choose and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive transactions.
Do not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features.
Do not resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may cancel your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including payment disputes between you and your customers.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
