Payment SMS content: confirmation SMS text forwarded by the Fastaar Android app, used only to verify customer payments.
Transaction data: payment links, invoices, and transaction records created through your account.
Usage data: log data such as IP address and device information, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to operate the Service — verifying payments, activating subscriptions, sending account notifications (email and SMS), preventing fraud, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. SMS content handling

Payment confirmation SMS forwarded by the Fastaar app is parsed automatically to match transaction IDs and amounts against your pending payments. We retain SMS logs for a limited period for troubleshooting and dispute resolution, and access is restricted to authorized support staff.

4. Data sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. SMS gateway providers, hosting infrastructure), only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
